The Adelaide hills are alive with the sound of – happy cows! Our Bio-dynamic Swiss Style Cheese pays homage to one of the great hard cheeses, Emmental. As always, we make it from certified bio-dynamic organic milk (from South Australia, not Switzerland). It’s a semi hard cheese when young with a softer texture that becomes drier with aging. Our Swiss Style cheese has a butter-nutty flavour, and contains a hint of sweetness. Make a great melt or a Reuben sandwich to die for.
